In the Village Hall on Mondays 10.30 to 12.30 and Thursday evenings 6pm -7pm

Movement to music – whatever your age and ability, you can join us for an hour of breathing, stretching, exercising and friendship. Some aerobic, some light weight exercises and some basic Qi Gong (Chinese yoga). If you require any further information, give Val a call on 219414
